The story is about changes in her life post the horrific incident and how she gets justice in the long run with the support of her family members, especially her brother Karanveer. Deepak Babbar, from ‘Mission Aagaaz’, district librarian Prabhjot Kaur and Swaraj Grover were among those others who were present during the book release.

The book has been promoted by the Jan Kalyan Society.

Talking about the book, Palak said: “It took me a long time to come up with this novel. The entire book has been inspired from the Delhi rape incident. The idea is to tell people how such things are to be dealt in the long run. This is an inspiring story and no one gets killed in it.”
