Bhalwan Singh star cast in city for film promotion

The star cast of the upcoming Punjabi movie Bhalwan Singh, starring popular singer Ranjit Bawa, was here in the city today for promotion. The movie will hit the screens on October 27.
Made under the banners of Nadar Films, Rhythm Boyz Entertainment and J Studio, the film is set before Independence era. The story revolves around the British rule and efforts of a man, Bhalwan Singh, to do something against the British.
The comedy movie is directed by Param Shiv and produced by Amiek Virk, Karaj Gill and Jaspal Sandhu. Nadar Films, Rhythm Boyz Entertainment and J Studio had earlier given hits like Angrez, Love Punjab, Bambukat, Lahoriye, Vekh Baraatan Challiyan.
The team was shot for thirty five days in Suratgarh, Patiala and Mumbai. Stars like Ranjit Bawa, Navpreet Banga, Karamjit Anmol, Manav Vij, Rana Jung Bahadur and Mahabir Bhullar are playing pivotal role. The lead actor, Ranjit Bawa, said, “I am very enthusiastic and happy to work in this movie with a wonderful team and looking forward for a positive response from the audience”.
