Comedian Bharti Singh, who is on a visit to her home town, visited BBK DAV College for Women, her alma mater, recently. She was accompanied by her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa. Bharti’s old mentors and teachers shared old memories. She along with her husband, a renowned script writer for comedy shows, had a tough time moving around the campus as enthusiastic fans wanted to have a glimpse of the couple and click selfies with them.

Chairman of the local managing committee, Sudershan Kapoor, and principal of the school Pushpinder Walia honoured the couple with souvenirs and the students gave a standing ovation to the comedy queen who made the college proud with her success and fame. She had earlier visited Punjab Naatshala where she had honed her acting skills as a stage artiste during her formative years.
