Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi opens first restaurant in city, with a ‘Twist’

Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi of ‘Turban Tadka’ fame has come up with a vegetarian restaurant for the culinary delight of residents who prefer traditional dishes such as ‘hari mirch ka halwa’, beetroot and amla kababs.

Harpal Singh Sokhi said the restaurant, ‘Twist of Taste’, would serve authentic North Indian food. He said a few of the unique dishes would include mango lassi, rareya soya chap, mushroom ki galouti kabab and paneer khurchan.

He said special twists in the menu would not only take people by surprise but would also help them relive their memories of driving down the highways of North India.
