Chef Vikas Khanna’s father passes away

Amritsar, February 1

Davinder Khanna, father of celebrity chef Vikas Khanna, passed away last night. The family said he died due to cardiac failure.

The funeral was held in Amritsar this afternoon and later, the family’s close aides and friends gathered for a prayer meet.

Vikas is currently hosting the new season of Masterchef. Davinder Khanna’s death came just before his 70th birthday.

Vikas had even dedicated a few of his recipes to his father.
