Delhi fraudsters dupe traders of Rs 14.83 lakh

AMRITSAR:Two persons of Delhi have been accused of duping local traders of Rs 14.

Two persons of Delhi have been accused of duping local traders of Rs 14.83 lakh. The accused have been identified as Gurmeet Singh Sahni and Satinderpal Singh, residents of East Tilak Nagar Rajouri Garden, West Delhi. City resident Narinder Kumar stated in his complaint to the police economic offences wing that the accused cheated Ankit Gupta, owner of Golden Telecom, Vikas Mehta, owner of Mehta Telecom, and Rajiv Kumar Sharma of Rs 14,83,211 on the pretext of online payment of utility bills.  ASI Inderjit Singh, in charge of the economic offences wing-2, stated that a case was registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 

The complainant has sought swift action and arrest of the accused besides recovery of the money.
