‘Goluk, Bugni tey Batua’ team in city for promotion

The upcoming Punjabi film ‘Goluk, Bugni tey Batua’ promises to provide a complete package of love, comedy and drama to the viewers. Slated to be released on Baisakhi, the movie includes known faces of Punjabi cinema including Harish Verma, Amrinder Gill, Simi Chahal and Anita Devgan. The star cast was in city to promote the film along with producers Karaj Gill and Talwinder Hayre.
Talking about the film, Director Kssihitj Chaudhary said, “The story can’t be revealed at this moment but we assure that this film will surely leave a mark in the comic cinema with an important message.”
Actor Harish Verma said, “It is an unusual script, my character is quite close to real life and this will be another platform for me to show my acting skills.” Lead actress Simi Chahal said, “This film actually carries a good story line, I am very happy to be a part of this project and looking forward to its success.”
The producers, Karaj Gill and Talwinder Hayre further added, “We are happy and enthusiastic to make a film which is actually so close to the reality of the society and also having an important message.”
The music of the film has been composed by Jatinder Shah and songs are penned down by Happy Raikoti, Bir Singh, Harmanjeet, Sabir Ali Sabir, Bikk Dhillon and Sidhu Sarabjit. Ace singers Sunidhi Chauhan, Bir Singh, Gurshabad, Gurpreet Maan and Bikk Dhillon have lent their melodious voice for the songs.
