Dr Harjot Singh of Amandeep Hospital addressed the students of IIM Amritsar on the stress faced by them during MBA and regular life in general. Harjot begins the session by emphasising on the fact that stress is part and parcel of life. It is the denominator of life and everyone has to go through it.
