Seminar on Gadar Movement

Sri Guru Angad Dev College, Khadur Sahib, running under the patronage of noted environmentalist Baba Sewa Singh, Padam Shri, organised a National Seminar on Gadar Movement from the political philosophy and literary perspective.

The seminar was dedicated to the Gadar revolutionaries. On this event, the principal, Dr Surinder Bangar, said the Gadar movement was an indispensable movement in the Indian freedom movement.

Sukhdev Sohal, Chairman, Chair for studies on Gadar movement at Guru Nanak Dev University, said that it had a significant impact in the social, political and historical milieu. — TNS
