Lecture on Bhagat Singh
Amritsar: The Postgraduate Department of History and Travel and Tourism, DAV College, organised a guest lecture to commemorate 112th birth anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Sayed Irfaan Habib from the National Institute of Science, Technology and Development, New Delhi, was the resource person. Prof Habib advised students to follow the moral values and ethical righteousness of Bhagat Singh. He said Bhagat Singh should not only be remembered on his death and birthday. Amritsar: To observe the centenary of horrific Jallianwala Bagh massacre, students of Shri Ram Ashram Public School, Amritsar, presented a ‘nukkad natak’ at Company Bagh on Sunday.
