Spring Dalean wins abacus competition

AMRITSAR: Ishkirat Singh Grover, Class II student of Spring Dale Senior School, here has bagged the Champion of Champions (COC) title in the 14th national-level Abacus Competition held at Art of Living convention centre in Bengaluru.

Ishkirat Singh Grover, Class II student of Spring Dale Senior School, here has bagged the Champion of Champions (COC) title in the 14th national-level Abacus Competition held at Art of Living convention centre in Bengaluru.

The event was organised by Ideal Play Abacus India Private Limited. Giving details, Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, chairman, Spring Dale Educational Society, said the title won by Ishkirat was the highest (above the first prize) at the national-level. She competed with at least 6,000 students from all over India in this competition.

Congratulating Ishkirat, Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Principal, Spring Dale Senior School, said the school was proud of her achievement. “The school prays for her success in all her future endeavours,” he said.
