Teej celebrated with enthusiasm

Educational institutes celebrated Teej on Friday with fervour. BBK DAV College for Women celebrated Teej with great festivity and fanfare. The stalls of mehndi, nail art, rakhi, jewellery and traditional Punjabi food were created in the college. Meanwhile, students of Hindu College, newly married girls, and staff members celebrated Teej in their college campus.
Festivity and vibrancy were witnessed at Amritsar Group of Colleges. Female staff members were dressed up beautifully in Punjabi attire. They danced to bhangra beats and Punjabi boliyan. Swings were decorated with flowers.
