Woman molested

Three residents of Dialpur village, 25 km from here, have been booked under Sections 354 and 452 of the IPC for “molesting” a 22-year-old married woman of the same village. The incident occurred two weeks ago and the case was registered on Friday after efforts of villagers to make both parties reach a compromise failed. The accused have been identified as Ravi, Lovi and Kaku. The victim said they came to her house and molested her when she was alone on May 24. — OC
