Amritsar, January 6
A “Workshop on research methodology for PhD/post doctoral scholars and teaching faculty” was inaugurated at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) here today.
As many as 64 teachers and budding research scholars are participating in the workshop. Prof TS Banipal, director research, was the chief guest on the occasion. In his inaugural address, he labelled the research as generation of new knowledge, which was an indispensable part of higher education. Prof JS Sekhon asked the participants to benefit from the workshop. Earlier, Prof Avinash Kaur , Prof JS Sekhon and Dr Mohan Kumar welcomed the chief guest. — TNS
