Youth Akali Dal honours 2 district chiefs

Ravikaran Singh Kahlon, president, Youth Akali Dal, Majha zone, on Wednesday announced the names of new presidents of the wing for Pathankot and Gurdaspur districts. Ramandeep Singh Sandhu has been named president of Gurdaspur while Jaspreet Singh Rana of Pathankot district.
Kahlon said the youth body would be reconstituted in view of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. “The Youth Akali Dal will play a pivotal role in the elections and ensure the victory of party candidates,” he said.
Kahlon said the names of Amritsar and Tarn Taran district presidents would be announced soon. He said a meeting with the constituency in charges of these areas would be held before announcing the names of office-bearers.
