Artistes organise rally to promote Garhwali film

Members of the Film, Television and Radio Artistes Association held a rally here today to promote Garhwali film ‘Lya Thungar’. They demanded promotion of Garhwali films and music in the state.

Earlier, the rally started from a cinema hall and moved from Gandhi Park towards Clock Tower. President of the association Pradeep Bhandari urged people to watch Garhwali films and buy music albums of local artistes so that the local culture could be promoted. Garhwali actor Sanjay Silodi and actress Mohani Patni participated in the rally.

Deepak Vyas, Rajesh Joshi, Jaspal Panwar, Soniya Anand, Deepak Rawat and Ravi Mamgai also took part.
