Students of Baba Farid College of Engineering and Technology (BFCET) participated in technical fest held at IIT Jodhpur and bagged the first position in the ‘Robo War’ competition.
As many as 43 teams from various universities and colleges participated in the competition called ‘Robo War’. The students won the competition with the help of a robo weighing 60 Kg whose appearance and presentation at various fests has made them win several competitions.
Akshay Narula, Gulbaz Singh, Gagandeep and Pulkit Mahajan were the participants at the fest who attained the first position by showcasing their technical talent.
Chairman of BFGI, Dr Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal congratulated the students and said, “It’s a moment of pride for us that our students have made BFGI shine and taken BFGI to a new height by showcasing their talent at IIT Tech Fest. BFGI has also established a ‘Microsoft’s Innovation Centre’ on the premises to promote research & development and to provide important tools, software and techniques to the students and teachers of the institutions.”
