BFGI to host int’l conference

Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI) will organise an international conference on “Advancements and Futuristic Trends in Mechanical and Material Engineering”, under the aegis of Society of Materials and Mechanical Engineers (SOMME), first ever in this region from February 25 to 27 at Baba Farid College of Engineering & Technology.

The conference will provide an opportunity to authors from all around the world to share their vast experience and knowledge.

Dr MP Poonia, Director, NITTTR, Chandigarh, will be the chief guest while Dr Satya Parkash, emeritus fellow, IIT Roorkee, will be the keynote speaker at ceremony. Prof Mohan Paul Singh Ishar VC, MRSSTU, Bathinda will be the chief guest at the valedictory ceremony. Dr Chris Berndt from Australia and Dr Jeganathan Kathikeyan from the US will be the guests of honour. — TNS
