Newly appointed DSP (City I), Davinder Singh Brar, laid emphasis to trace the unresolved theft cases in the city.

He claimed that he would check the record of the crime and the unresolved theft cases will be traced. He stated this during his first meeting with the media persons after taking charge in the city.

He also stated that he would tighten the noose of -smuggling as he knows the city very well. Davinder has also worked as SHO, Kotwali police station, and has been DSP since 2007.
