The boys’ team of Government Rajindra College secured the second position in the tug-of-war competition organised by Punjabi University, Patiala. The competition was held on October 28 and 29.

Giving its best shot, the Rajindra College team gave a tough time to the opposite team throughout the contest.

Felicitating the members of the team, college principal Dr Sukhraj Singh, vice-principal Dr Ramesh Chander Pasrija, Prof Madhu Bala, Prof Sukhdev Singh, head of the department of physical education Dr Surjeet singh and Prof Jagjivan Kaur congratulated captain Harpritpal, Sukhwinder Singh, Sukhdeep Singh, Manpreet Singh, Balwinder Singh, Jagtar Singh, Hardip Singh, Ranjit Singh and Gurwinder Singh.
