Students of the Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI) made the institution proud by performing well in the examinations conducted by Punjabi University, Patiala.
Second semester students of BSc (medical) scored commendable marks in the examinations.
According to the results, Japneet Kaur, a second semester student, bagged the first position by obtaining 89.5 per cent marks in the exam.
Rupinder Sharma stood second with 86.7 per cent marks while Tania Sharma with 83.3 per cent bagged the third position.
Two students scored above 85 per cent marks, four students scored more than 80 per cent marks, 20 students scored more than 70 per cent and 35 students scored above
60 per cent.
Dr Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, chairman, BFGI congratulated the students and the faculty members for scoring good marks in the exam. He said hard work of the students paid off.
