Kulbir Singh takes charge as thermal plant CE

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has appointed Er Kulbir Singh as Chief Engineer (Operation and Maintenance), Guru Hargobind Thermal Plant, Lehra Mohabbat. He joined at the GHTP on Monday.

Kulbir earlier worked as Deputy CE, Circle City (East), PSPCL, Ludhiana. He completed BE electrical (with honors) in 1984 from Guru Nanak Engineering College, Ludhaina, and joined PSEB in March 1986 as AE trainee. He was promoted as Senior Xen in April 2005 and as SE in June 2014. He was promoted on June 26, 2019, as Chief Engineer of Guru Hargobind Thermal Plant, Lehra Mohabbat.

Er Sukhwinder Kumar, Er Bharat Bhushan Pandhi, Er Harnek Singh, Er Davinder Pal Grag, Mangat Rai Bansal, Er Pardeep Singh Lotta and Er Suresh Kumar Jindal welcomed Kulbir Singh on assuming the charge.

He assured the management that he would lead and motivate the GHTP team to achieve the assigned targets and his team would strive hard to run the units optimally. TNS
