Mount Litera Zee School organises annual function

Mount Litera Zee School organised a function to celebrate its annual day, ‘Abiyudaya - Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 2016’, recently. Brig Samir Varma was the chief guest at the function and Dr Avtar Singh Bansal of Adesh University was guest of honour.  Deb Shankar Mukhopadhaya, CEO, Zee Learn, and Nitin Jindal, cluster manager, were also present at the function. The function commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest. Principal Richa Tripathi read the school’s annual report. A wide range of dances items depicting the culture and traditions of many countries drew the attraction and appreciation of the crowd. A Hindi dance drama, ‘Mein Itihaas Hoon’, was also presented by the students of the school, which left the audience spell bound. The vote of thanks was proposed by academic coordinator Sudha Sharma.

Saint Paul's High School

A function was organised by Saint Paul’s High School to celebrate annual day on its campus, recently. The chief guest of the function was AIG Ajay Maluja and the guests of honour were advocate Jaideep Nayyar and Retd. Lt Col Krishan Yadav, principal of Malwa School. Students of Radiant Kids Playway School participated in the parent-child regalia. It was judged by radiologist Dr Nidhi Gupta and architect Vandana Yadav.

Delhi Public School   

Delhi Public School yesterday organised its annual function on the school premises. Prof Suresh Hans, principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Dr Sunil Kumar, principal of The Millennium School were the special guests at the function. The function began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp which was followed by students of Classes VII to X invoking the almighty with a dance performance. A fun play was staged urging to public to participate in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. The message of cleanliness was also driven home though a choreographically performance presented by the students. At the end of the function, school principal Dr Arun Jee addressed the students and appreciated their performances. — TNS
