BATHINDA: The PIS Mohali team today won the final match in the under-19 boys category of the 63rd Punjab School inter districts hockey games being held at Govt Rajindra College Astroturf hockey stadium in Bathinda.

The PIS Mohali team today won the final match in the under-19 boys category of the 63rd Punjab School inter districts hockey games being held at Govt Rajindra College Astroturf hockey stadium in Bathinda.

In the final match, the PIS Mohali team defeated Khadoor Sahib wing, Tarn Taran team. While Cherata wing team remained on the third position as it defeated Jalandhar team in the match played for the third and fourth spot.

District Education Officer (DEO) secondary Manjinder Kaur was the chief guest in today’s final match and she gave away prizes to the winning teams. Principal Ravinder Singh Mann, Principal Pawan Kumar, Principal Prem Mittal, Balraj Singh coordinator, Principal Ramandeep Singh, Harcharan Singh, Radhey Sham and others were present during the prize distribution function.
