Elaborating on the concept of the street play, Kirpal said, “The play focuses on the need for cleanliness in our surroundings. It inspires the people not only to clean their houses, but also keep their surroundings clean. Through their actions, the actors tell the viewers that the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan launched by the Union government would be a success only if we stop throwing trash outside the streets and in empty plots to keep our houses clean.”

He said the street plays leave a great impact on the viewers since the viewers are passersby, who stop to watch the play when they are not expecting to be waylaid by something artistic on a normal day.
