Platters resto-bar situated on 100 ft road is serving the city over the past many years. The speciality of this food point is the authentic taste of the tandoori cuisine. The grilled chicken with herbal chicken fillet marinated in European sauce which is served with grilled vegetables is one of its USPs.

Hungarian chicken, Taiwanese garlic chicken and Murgh Tikka Dakhni Mirch are the finest dishes served for the non-vegetarians with the variety of sauces.

Although Kung Pao chicken is the item in which chicken and bell peppers are cooked in Chinese oyster sauce is rated as the most famous dishes of the Platters.

On the other hand, vegetarians also have various options Multani paneer tikka, Thai vegetables spring roll and Korean vegetables balls dry which are also served with variety of sauces including tomato and red chilli sauce.

While talking to the owner of the Platters Kamal Gupta said, we have also introduced some new and delicious dishes for the vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

For the non-vegetarians chicken wings and chicken satay are the globally appreciated dishes, which we are the one and only who are serving it in the city and getting positive response from the city residents.

Apart from it, crispy vegetables, green yellow and red Thai curries with pad Thai noodles along with sizzling sauces, we offer to the vegetarians and also getting great response.

In the dessert corner we have started new special puddings including chocolate pudding, bread and butter pudding, citrus passion fruit pudding and warm chocolate pudding.

The delicious and moist Red Velvet Cake with smothered in cream cheese frosting is the most popular one among the youngsters.

When on being asked about the bevaerages, Gupta said, “We are already offering cocktails in our bar and now we have also started Mixology drinks. Which is almost very similar to the cocktail drinks, but we create this drink with the mixtures of fruit juices and hard drinks.”

Besides, we have also started weekly live music in our resto-bar. We have also decided to give platform to the budding music band, in which we are giving a chance to the young and enthusiastic music bands to perform and make some name and fame for themselves.
