Biker killedin mishap

A man died when a head of cattle collided with his motorcycle near the Chandan Nagar locality on the Balsamand road in the town today.

The deceased, Rajbir Singh, a resident of Rohtak, was riding the motorcycle while two others, Pradeep and Rajbir, were riding pillion. When they reached near Chandan Nagar, a head of cattle suddenly came in front of their motorcycle. Rajbir suffered head injuries and was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. The other two also suffered injuries and are undergoing treatment.

This is the second such death in about a month. A youth, Sarthak, had died when his car collided with heads of cattle near Sector 16 in the town last month. — TNS
