Supertech to deliver 8,824 flats in NCR by Dec 31
NCR-based developer Supertech has claimed that it will deliver 8824 flats to the buyers by December 31, 2017. The completion certificates for all these flats are in the final stages with the authorities concerned. The flats to be offered for possession include 1,851 apartments in four projects in NOIDA, 4,950 apartments in four projects in Greater NOIDA and 2,023 apartments in two projects next to the Yamuna Expressway. Giving information about the possessions R.K Arora, Chairman, Supertech Limited said, “We have delivered 22,217 flats in the past 3 FY and we are well determined to complete our projects within the stipulated timeline.”

Tricity-based GBP Group launched its luxury project ‘Athens’in Zirakpur earlier this week. The smart township will be spread over an area of 14 acres and will have 713 apartments on offer. These will include 2, 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments and penthouses. It is a complete group housing with a mix of G+5, G+9 and S+12 towers. Speaking on the occasion Anupam Gupta, director sales, said, “GBP is coming up with the best-in-class serviced apartment concept of high-rise residential housing in Zirakpur. The apartments will cost Rs 40.41 lakh onwards and the project is likely to be completed within 3 years”.
