Body building: Vineet is ‘Mr U’khand’

Vineet Kala was declared ‘Mr Uttarakhand’ in the state-level body building championship held at the Ranger’s College ground last evening.

Nitin Ahuja of Kashipur was declared the runner-up.

Earlier, the event was inaugurated by Doiwala MLA Heera Singh Bisht.

KN Sharma, Mukesh Thakur, Lekhraj Gurung, JS Bisht, KK Dang and Shakeel Khan were the judges for the event.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
