BHEL gets shareholders’ nod for bonus share

BHEL has received shareholders’ approval for the proposal to issue one new equity bonus share for every two existing shares. The shareholders have also approved the proposal to give a final dividend of 39%. With this, the total dividend for the year 2016-17 will stand at 79%. PTI

Artificial intelligence banking platform Payjo on Monday said it has launched an AI-powered chat assistant for SBI to addresses customer enquiries. The chat assistant, known as SBI Intelligent Assistant, will help customers with everyday banking tasks just like a bank representative, it said. PTI

Prataap Snacks IPO was oversubscribed 1.08 times so far on the second day of bidding on Monday. The IPO, which aims to raise Rs 482 crore, received bids for 39,14,325 shares against the total issue size of 36,27,518, data available with the NSE till 1445 hours showed. PTI

Siemens sells Worli property for Rs 610 crore

Engineering and technology firm Siemens on Monday said it has sold its Worli office property for Rs 610 crore to Whispering Heights Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a joint venture of Reco Solis Pte Ltd and K Raheja Corp Group. Last December Siemens had entered into a pact with Whispering Heights to sell the Mumbai property. PTI
