NTPC to take over Chhabra power plant

Jaipur, January 12

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd and Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd have signed an MoU with NTPC for the revival of four sick units of 250 MW each of Chhabra Thermal Power Plant in Kota. Under the MoU, four units of 250 MW each will be transferred to NTPC in the first phase while two units of 650 MW each shall be transferred after their commissioning. — TNS
