Rupee slips 25 paise to 68.66 vs USD in early trade

MUMBAI: The rupee depreciated by 25 paise to 6866 against the US dollar in early trade on Thursday ahead of the Reserve Bank of Indias policy decision and foreign fund outflows

The rupee had surged by 33 paise to close at 68.41 against the US dollar on Wednesday.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
