Call centre for MDU students

Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) has established an in-house call centre to address the concerns of university students, especially those related to examinations. The operators manning the call centre will forward the students’ calls to the relevant examination branches and other university offices.

Ramesh Kumar Rohilla has been designated as the nodal officer of the call centre to monitor the students’ grievances and try to get these redressed in a time-bound manner. The students can contact the call centre on telephone numbers 01262-308336, 308340, 308343, 308345 and 308359 to get desired information/clarification. The call centre will function between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. — TNS
