He can not even speak clearly but has a record of being the youngest robot expert in India. Five-year-old Vinayak Tara has his name registered in the India Book of Records today. He made a line following robot in 25 minutes without any assistance and explained it in front of a packed crowd to get his name in the record book.
An Ambala resident, Vinayak, and his elder brother travel to an institute in Mohali daily to learn robotics. A Class I student and the son of businessman, Vinayak, caught the eye of the institute owner when he accompanied his brother to the class one day. In just five months, Vinayak has made LED flashers, streetlight prototypes, a cricket game and an infrared sensor, among 16 projects.
Vinayak will now learn coding at the institute while working on other live projects. Proud parents are still not going to push him to become an engineer and say that it would be his own free will. His mother says, “Right now he likes it but he is just five, so it is his wish if he wants to continue with it or not”.
As for Vinayak, he does not know what he wants to become when he grows up. However he does know that he wants to make a tractor to serve all farming purposes. Right from sowing seeds to watering fields to collecting the produce, Vinayak’s tractor will be all-in-one tractor.
