The work related to the recruitment of TGT under the Samagra Shiksha, Chandigarh, was assigned to the NITTTR, Sector 26. Examination centres were provided by the Education Department for conduct of written test and examination material and staff were arranged by the NITTTR.

For the smooth conduct of examination, five PCS/HCS officers of the Chandigarh Administration were deputed as independent observers at various centres. A total of 125 police personnel were deputed to undertake the frisking process and to provide security at the centres.

Examination material was shifted by a team of the NITTTR consisting of observer, supervisor, personnel of police and videographer to all examination centres.
