Alumni of Panjab University Biophysics department held their seventh reunion at the university on Saturday.
Old students shared notes and memories over cups of tea and samosas. A session on good health followed at the ICSSR hall. Another session saw the old students discuss how to give back to society.
Sanjeev Koul, the person behind the reunion, said: "We are blessed to be a part of this community. ASSOBA reunions are happening in other parts of tge country as well as abroad. We have been adding members every year. While we have students from the first batch, we also keep adding more recent graduates. "
Shalini Malviya, who now leads a Software venture in addition to being an office bearer of a fledgling political party, Swaraj India, said: "It is such a pleasure to connect with old friends—seniors and juniors ".
Anjali from Australia said, "Who would have missed the chance to meet old friends? "
The gathering ended the day with a musical evening and cocktail dinner.
