Ropar, October 23

IIT-Ropar recently organised its three-day annual cultural festival — Zeitgeist — here. Loveleen Bains of St Xavier’s School bagged the first prize in the Zeitgeist Got Talent programme while Jaspinder Kaur and Chandan Singh of GMN Senior Secondary School stood second and third, respectively.

On the first day of the festival on Thursday, students performed Gotipua (a traditional dance form of Odisha). Besides, Vishal -Shekhar, Rahat Indori, Ranjit Bawa, Italian DJ Olly Esse and comedian Jeetu (TVF fame) enthralled the audience with their performances. — TNS
