Ujagar Singh, former district Public Relations Officer (PRO), presented his book, ‘Patiala Virasat De Rang’, to Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.

Ujagar Singh has published eight books after his retirement from government service. This book includes 54 persons from different fields, including literature, social service, educationist, historians, films, religious, political, who have done something special for society. Capt Amarinder congratulated Ujagar Singh for his contribution to the society.
