During the two-hour long sessions, participants are being made aware about various yogasanas to improve their lifestyle,” Singh added.

“Through such camps, we are encouraging people to participate in large numbers in Yoga Day celebrations. We are expecting more than 1,000 participants from our own college,” he said.

An exhibition of digital paintings on yogasanas was also being organised during the camp, Singh said.

The camp is being conducted by Roshan Lal, Sarghi Kohli and Rajwant Kaur.

At the end of the camp, a free ayurvedic medical camp will be organised by the doctors from the AYUSH Department, Sector 24, he informed.
