Dr DP Singh is chief of laparoscopic surgeons’ body

Dr DP Singh, professor and head, Department of Surgery, Government Medical College and Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, has been elected the president of the Society of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons of India during the general body meeting of the society held in Jaipur. This organisation is a premier body of the Laparoscopic Surgeons of India.
Dr Singh is a renowned laparoscopic and general surgeon of this region and has performed live surgeries at various conferences and workshops. He has many publications in various national and international medical journals. He will take charge of the assignment next year. — TNS
