Education Dept releases college-wise merit list

The UT Education Department today released provisional admission list with allotted colleges for the 2019-2020 session. The admission list is provisional, subject to verification of original documents/testimonials by the allotted college at the time of counselling. Allotment list is on the basis of merit and the preferences of college given by the applicants.

The first counselling for UT pool (General category) will begin from July 8, while for general pool (outside UT) will start from July 9. The applicants are required to report to the allotted colleges as per counselling schedule. The applicant is required to bring printout of the online admission form (available on dhe.chd.gov.in/eAdmission) along with original documents/testimonials for verifications and fee to complete the admission process. 

If the applicant doesn't report to college on counselling day, his/her seat will be cancelled. Such candidates can avail of second chance in second counselling only if they give their willingness online on dhe.chd.gov.in/eAdmission , link for which will be available on July 12. — TNS
