Kurukshetra, August 1

The news about a Chandigarh boy Harshit Sharma having landed a well-paying job with Google, that appeared to be a rip-off, seems to be doubtful in its authenticity.

A student of Class XII (IT stream) of Government Model Senior Secondary School in Sector 33-B of Chandigarh, Sharma claimed to have got an annual job contract of Rs 1.44 crore. He claimed he was flying to California next Monday to join Google.

However, according to reports, Google has officially denied any information about Harshit’s claimed candidacy to the high-profile job.

Harshit’s uncle Narinder Sharma at Mathana, said he had neither got any job letter nor any confirmation. Narinder was evasive on information about the whereabouts of Harshit.
