Jharkhand man seeks aid for sister’s kidney transplant
Chandigarh, September 16
Gudiya Kumari (25), a resident of Jharkhand, has been diagnosed with kidney failure, liver infection and epelectic fit and is undergoing treatment at the PGI since March this year.
Her brother Rajesh Kumar Gupta has sought financial help as they are very poor and cannot afford the cost of the treatment. Even after selling their ancestral house in Jharkhand, they could not meet the expenses of her treatment, he said, and added that her sister’s husband left her when he came to know about her kidney failure.
