Justice Gupta opens Kids Day Care Centre at district courts

Justice Rajan Gupta inspected the Courts of Sessions Division, Patiala, here today. During this inspection, he also visited ADR Center, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala and inaugurated Kids Day Care Centre at ADR Centre, Patiala.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court Judge said this type of day care center will be opened in the near future in other districts also, so that parents who are working at the district court can leave their children at these centres.
The idea of the opening of the kids’ care centre at the ADR Centre is to help the litigants to resolve their issues without worrying about their children.
Two officials are deputed to take care of children. The centre contains many types of toys, slides, story books, puzzles, bedding and a LED TV so that children can play and feel at home.
On this occasion Rajinder Aggarwal, District & Sessions Judge, Patiala, Kumar Amit, Deputy Commissioner, Patiala and other judges of sessions division, Patiala. Justice Gupta was welcomed by Parminder Kaur, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala, JPS Ghumaan, president Bar Association.
