Sukhpreet Singh (25), a resident of Dashmesh Nagar, Kharar, who was studying in Canada, died under mysterious circumstances at his flat on December 1.
The deceased’s father Bhupinder Singh and other members of his family are in a state of shock.
His dead body has not reached Kharar yet. According to the information received from his kin, the deceased left for Canada on December 23 last year to study Diploma in Business Management from North Iceland College. They said Sukhpreet Singh was living with his four friends in Canada. On December 1, they all went to a gurdwara in Surrey and ate langar together. Then they went back and slept, but Sukhpreet was found dead in the morning.
His post-mortem has been conducted.
The deceased was engaged to a girl in Kharar on December 13, 2017, after which he had moved to Canada.
