Last date for admission to PG courses extended

Panjab University officials have extended the last date for applying for admission to post graduation courses. 

Chandigarh Tribune had pointed out that the PU had not declared graduation results till the last date to apply for the courses, which earlier was June 30. 

The departments and colleges were in a fix as they could not prepare the merit list for admissions without the graduation results. Many applications received mentioned ‘results awaited’ in the column of graduation marks. According to the new schedule, the last date for filling the online form is July 17, which is also the last date to pay the fee for the same. However, the fee can be paid in any State Bank of India branch till July 18.
