Little Angel School, Sonipat, won four titles on the concluding day of the CBSE North Zone-II Tennis Tournament at Mount Carmel School, Sector 47, here today.
In the girl’s U-17 category, Little Angel School blanked MGN School, Urban Estate, Jalandhar, 2-0, with Rupal beating Ridhima 4-0 4-1 and Shreya drubbing Ravneet 4-0 4-0.
In the girls’ U-19 category, Little Angel girls beat DAV Public School, Amritsar, 2-1 in the final. Reetika beat Nimrat 6-2 6-2, but Nisha lost to Alisha 4-6 4-6.
Reetika and Nisha, however, combined to beat Nimrat and Alisha 6-1 6-1 in the doubles to help the side to victory.
Little Angel boys, meanwhile, defeated Durga Public School, Solan, 2-0 to win the boy’s U-17 title.
Navneet got the better of Karan, while Hiren defeated Dhananjay 3-6 7-6 6-1 in the title clash.
In boys’ U-19 final, Little Angel blanked Chitkara International School.
