Man killed in road mishap, two injured

A 30-year-old resident of Sector 15, Panchkula, was killed while two others injured after a car and a tractor collided at Naggal village on the National Highway-73 here this afternoon.
According to information, Hitesh and Anish Singla (30), both residents of Panchkula, were going to Barwala from Panchkula in their car. Their vehicle met with an accident with a tractor, which was coming from the wrong side near Naggal village. Car occupants and the tractor driver suffered injuries in the mishap.
The police and local residents rushed the injured to the General Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula.
Anish died on the way to the hospital. Hitesh and the tractor driver are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Ramgarh police post in-charge Birender Singh said they had started an investigation into the matter.
