Mini truck catches fire at Tribune Chowk, leads to traffic jam

CHANDIGARH: A mini truck caught fire at the Tribune Chowk on Friday afternoon leading to a huge traffic jam. As per witnesses, the driver and another person, who was in the vehicle, escaped unhurt.

A mini truck caught fire at the Tribune Chowk on Friday afternoon leading to a huge traffic jam.

As per witnesses, the driver and another person, who was in the vehicle, escaped unhurt.

The firemen doused the fire within a few minutes of the mishap.

However, it led to traffic chaos on the busy stretch at around 3.30 pm.  The reason behind the fire is not yet ascertained.
