Playwright Anita Shabdeesh illustrated how cultural bond between people of India and Pakistan turned into rivalry when it came to respective religious prejudices.

The play revolves around the time when India stopped flowing river water to Pakistan and people of Pakistan compared India to 'Yazeed', the sinner of Karbala, who subjected the pious Hussain to hunger, thirst and eventual death. Defying their wrong perception, Karim Daad convinced them that Islam taught them not to hate human beings on the basis of their name, cast or religion.
